The Hartsfield-Jackson Atlanta International Airport (ATL) has been dubbed the World’s Busiest Airport with more than 95 million passengers in 2012. It is roughly 11 miles from the conference hotel, the Hyatt Regency Atlanta. For information on conference rates and booking, please visit our Venues and Accommodations page.

Metro Atlanta’s public transit system runs straight to the airport, and South Arts highly recommends this mode of transportation to the conference hotel. Reloadable MARTA passes are $1, and each trip is $2.50. Board the subway train and sit tight until you arrive at Peachtree Center Station. Once you get off, simply walk across the street to the conference hotel.

Taxi and Shuttle Service

Taxi between Airport and Conference Hotel – $30.00 plus $2.00 per each additional person. If you need an accessible taxi, most services can accommodate you but we recommend that you call ahead to make a reservation.

Atlanta Airport Shuttle between Airport and Conference Hotel – $16.50 (one way) or $29 (roundtrip)

Discount ride share services like Uber and Lyft work well in Atlanta and are allowed to pick up and drop off at specific areas at Hartsfield-Jackson (ATL).

We encourage you to further plan your visit to Atlanta by visiting the Atlanta Convention and Visitors Bureau.

Event Parking

The PAE 2017 Self Parking Guide we have provided displays parking areas near the Hyatt Regency Hotel and The Rialto Center for the Arts. South Arts does not guarantee hours and accessibility. All patrons must abide by the rules set forth by the parking service. We have also provided two maps to indicate some of the parking locations we have referenced.

We highly recommend that you take MARTA (Atlanta train system) into downtown.  The train ride is only $2.50 and the host hotel is directly connected to Peachtree Center Train Station via Sky Bridge directly into the hotel.
