Elizabeth Doud


Elizabeth DoudElizabeth Doud has a background rooted in creative writing and contemporary performance, and over 18 years experience as an arts organizer and educator, with an emphasis on international cultural exchange. She is an interdisciplinary artist who actively tours performance work, and is currently co-producing Climakaze Miami with FUNDarte, an arts and climate change performance and dialogue platform. When she and Siren Jones are not fighting eco-crime with the arts, she acts as the Coordinator of the Performing Americas Program of the National Performance Network, an long-term international cultural exchange initiative with Latin America and the Caribbean. Presently, she is pursuing a Ph.D. in Performing Arts at the Federal University of Bahia, Brazil and producing an ongoing eco-performance lab entitled The Mermaid Tear Factory.
