Designing powerful residencies is a critical goal of many arts presenters across the country. However, finding ways to engage partners and build collaborations with area universities, community organizations, school districts, hospitals, etc. can be challenging. This session will support presenters, artists and managers in their quest to discover strategic community partners to help give their residencies more impact. Share and learn about innovative partnerships and analyze the core components that make a successful residency.
