Save Money Tips:

Registration

The key to saving money on registrations at any conference is always to register early, and at PAE it is no exception. You can save about 12% at our conference just by registering before the early bird deadline (July 11th!).

Transportation
Take advantage of any available shuttles offered by hotels to pick you up from the local airport. Also, whenever possible arrange to split taxis to and from the airport with fellow attendees. This saves money and is a good networking opportunity.

Save money by not renting a car and utilize our PAE shuttles running between the Fontainebleau hotel and the Colony Theatre/Lincoln Road area.

Room sharing
Are you attending with friends or colleagues? Book the double, triple, or quad rooms for a lesser rate per person.

Dining
Enjoy the meals that are already included in your conference registration including opening and closing party fare and our Luncheon.

If you do eat out be sure to note that many of the restaurants in the area have already inlcuded gratuity on the check.

Entertainment
Look no further than the conference for entertainment such as the opening reception, juried showcase performances, and the Fais Do Do Saturday night street party. It’s already included in your admission.
