REGISTRATION

Registration for the Performing Arts Exchange is all-inclusive. For one low registration fee, you'll have access to all conference events including the Opening Reception, professional development workshops (PD@PAE), Keynote and Award Luncheons, Juried Showcases, consultations and the Closing Party.

 HOTEL: 

South Arts has arranged for special conference rates for PAE attendees. All of our conference locations are within walking distance of each other.

*NOTE: For the past two years our hotel room block has sold out at the host hotel but last minute cancellations have left almost 20% of those rooms unused. Please do not reserve a room unless you are planning to attend PAE.

Doubetree Hotel and Suites Pittsburgh City Center
*NOTE*  The Doubletree Hotel was selected as a cost savings option for those who plan attend PAE and have use of a personal vehicle. South Arts will provide transportation from the Doubletree Hotel to the Opening Reception and the Closing Party only.  The Doubletree Hotel is 1.45 miles from the convention center.

Travel

Air travel:
The local airport is Pittsburgh International Airport. Give yourself plenty of time for your departure and arrival. Fares from Los Angeles are approximately $254. Fares from New York are approximately $300.

Travel from Airport to Hotel district:

Taxi: Taxi cabs are located conveniently outside baggage claim. Estimated taxi fare - $35 (one way).
