Registration

PAE registration includes admission for one delegate to all conference events. This includes the Opening Reception, Professional Development workshops, Keynote Luncheon, Luncheon Showcases, Juried Showcases, Residency Showcases, Cyber Café and Closing Party. Fee for additional booth personnel from the same organization is $300 per person.

  • PAE attendees are expected to read and adhere to PAE Conference Etiquette (pdf) and the NAPMA Guidelines for Ethical Behavior.
  • If you are not assigned a booth during the lottery, please select six booth locations when you register. Booths will be assigned on a first-come, first-served basis. View Exhibit Hall.
  • We will accept mailed checks payable to the South Arts. Please note that booth assignments will not be made until payment is received.
  • You can register more than one person at a time. Please have the names of all your attendees ready at the time of registration.
  • Discount codes must be entered during the registration process. Discounts will not be honored after the registration process.
  • Exhibitors are expected to be present at their booths during all Marketplace hours.
  • A conference badge is required for all conference events.

Marketplace Hours

The Performing Arts Exchange has increased Marketplace hours in two great ways!  First, there are additional open hours added to the Marketplace schedule. Second, PAE has instituted accessible Marketplace hours. There are a total of 19 hours of which the Marketplace is available to you. 

Wednesday, September 29

Marketplace Set-up:      2:00 – 6:00 p.m.

Thursday, September 30

Marketplace Set-up:      9:00 – 10:30 a.m.
Marketplace Open:      10:30 a.m. – Noon
Marketplace Open:      3:00  – 5:30 p.m.
Marketplace Accessible Hours:   5:30 – 7:00 p.m

Friday, October 1

Marketplace Accessible Hour:   9:00 – 10:00 a.m.
Marketplace Open:   10:00 – 11:45 a.m.
Marketplace Accessible Hours:   1:30 – 3:15 p.m.
Marketplace Open:   3:15 – 6:00 p.m.
Marketplace Accessible Hours:   6:00 – 7:00 p.m

Saturday, October 2

Marketplace Accessible Hours:   10:00 a.m. – 1:30 p.m.   
Marketplace Open:   1:30 – 3:30 p.m.   
Marketplace Breakdown:   3:30 p.m. – 5:00 p.m. 

Exhibiting Fees

In order to do business at the Performing Arts exchange, you must be represented in the Marketplace. This fee includes one full conference registration for one representative. A full conference registration includes all workshops Thursday through Saturday, as well as the hospitality events. Additional booth personnel registrations are available for $300 per person.

  • All booths contain at least the following: Display table with skirt (Table is 2'x8' in a full booth, and 2'x4' in a ½ booth); two chairs; wastebasket; company identification sign with booth number (7"x 44"); carpet; 8' back drape and 3' draped side rails.
  • Full Bistro Booth option includes a Round Pedestal table 42” high and 36” diameter. 
  • Half Bistro Booth replaces the skirted table with Round Pedestal table 42” high and 36” diameter and two high back stools.
  • New! Complimentary WiFi access during Exhibit Hall hours.
  • New! Access to the Marketplace for over 19 hours of the conference.

Refund Policy

We understand that there are circumstances that may prohibit a registrant’s attendance at the Performing Arts Exchange. Once the online registration process has been completed, South Arts will refund 50% of the registration (exhibitor, presenter or supporter) through August 23, 2010. Requests must be made in writing and can be faxed to (404) 873-2148 or emailed to scrump@southarts.org.
