If you have not already, please read the following PAE refund policy and review the NAPAMA Guidelines for Ethical Behavior.

• We understand that there are circumstances that may prohibit a registrant’s attendance at the Performing Arts Exchange. Once the online registration process has been completed, South Arts will refund 50% of the registration (exhibitor, presenter, or supporter) through August 23, 2011. Requests must be made in writing and can be faxed to (404) 873-2148 or emailed to nfrazier@southarts.org.
• PAE attendees are expected to read and adhere to PAE Conference Etiquette (pdf) and the NAPAMA Guidelines for Ethical Behavior.

Registration Fees

PAE registration covers admission to all conference events. This includes the Opening Reception, professional development workshops (PD@PAE), Keynote Luncheon, Award Luncheon, Juried Showcases, Independent Showcases, Cyber Café, and Closing Party.

Registration rates for PAE 2012 have not yet been determined.

• Discount codes must be entered during the registration process. Discounts will not be honored after the registration process.
• You can register more than one person at a time. Please have the names of all your attendees at the time of registration.
• A conference badge is required for entrance into all conference events.
