Ethics & Refund Policy

The following policies apply to all registrations, booth registrations, refunds, cancellations and attendance at PAE:

ETHICAL BEHAVIOR

PAE attendees are expected to read and adhere to PAE Conference Etiquette (pdf) and the NAPAMA Guidelines for Ethical Behavior.

REFUNDS

We understand that there are circumstances that may prohibit a registrant’s attendance at the Performing Arts Exchange.
Once the online registration process has been completed, South Arts will refund 50% of the registration (exhibitor, presenter, or supporter) through August 17, 2012. Requests must be made in writing and should be faxed to (404) 873-2148 or emailed to lmckeithan@southarts.org.
