Social Media is everywhere today … and continues to grow, change, and evolve. This session includes basic techniques in using Social Media for marketing and communications in performing arts. Areas covered include how to choose the right platform for the right message with the right timing, use of images in social media to increase your market, tips and hints on how to use and layout messages and posts, basic terminology for different platforms like Facebook, Twitter, Instagram, Snapchat, and more. Bring your phone, laptop, tablet, etc. because this session includes some interactive online activities!
